贵州璟和化学工业有限责任公司于2020年12月在贵州台江县经济开发区成立。公司地处贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州台江县革一镇长兴路，主要从事精细化工品及新型阻燃材料的技术研发、生产与销售。为积极响应国家“建设生态文明、发展绿色经济”的号召，贵州璟和化学工业有限责任公司积极满足产业发展的需求。

项目总投资1.5亿元，项目占地63.36亩，年产1，4-二羟基蒽醌3000吨，亚磷酸三甲酯10000吨，亚磷酸三乙酯10000吨。项目计划分两期建设：一期项目建设：年产3000吨1、4二羟基蒽醌及其副产品，3000吨亚磷酸三甲酯及其副产品。二期项目建设：7000吨亚磷酸三甲酯及其副产品，10000吨亚磷酸三乙酯及其副产品建设。

一期建设厂房面积8000平方米，新建3幢厂房，配套生产及辅助生产设备。二期新建1幢厂房4000平方米左右，配套生产及辅助生产设备。一期计划投资8000万元，其中固定资产投资6500万元。二期计划投资7000万元，其中固定资产投资5500万元。一期完全达产可实现年销售收入36000万元，二期完全达产可实现销售收入68000万元。

贵州璟和化学工业有限责任公司现有职工36人，贵州籍职工有18人，台江籍建档立卡贫困户共有7人左右。目前招工信息登记在册的已有160余人，台江籍的占60%以上。该项目建成投产后，一期用工人数在80人左右，实现解决当地就业60人以上；二期用工总人数在40人左右。共计实现解决当地就业100人以上。

贵州璟和化学工业有限责任公司目前已经通过安全条件评价、环境影响评价，国有土地已经挂牌并交付企业使用，临时水电气已经接入，相关建设两证正在办理。预计2022年5月一期达到投产条件，二期项目2022年12月达到投产条件。

Guizhou Jinghe Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. was established in December 2020 in Taijiang County Economic Development Zone, Guizhou province. The company is located in Geyi Changxing Road, Taijiang County, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province, mainly engaged in the technical research and development, production and sales of fine chemicals and new flame retardant materials. In order to actively respond to the national call of "building ecological civilization and developing green economy", Guizhou Jinghe Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. actively meets the needs of industrial development.

The total investment of the project is 150 million yuan, covering an area of 63.36 mu, with an annual output of 3000 tons of 1, 4-dihydroxy anthraquinone, 10000 tons of trimethyl phosphite and 10000 tons of triethyl phosphite. The project is planned to be constructed in two phases: Project construction in phase I: annual output of 3000 tons of 1, 4 dihydroxyanthraquinone and its by-products, 3000 tons of trimethyl phosphite and its by-products. Phase II project construction: 7,000 tons of trimethyl phosphite and its by-products, 10,000 tons of triethyl phosphite and its by-products.

The first phase of construction workshop area of 8000 square meters, new 3 workshops, supporting production and auxiliary production equipment. The second phase of a new workshop of about 4000 square meters, supporting production and auxiliary production equipment. The first phase is planned to invest 80 million yuan, including 65 million yuan in fixed assets. The second phase is planned to invest 70 million yuan, including 55 million yuan in fixed assets. The first phase of complete production can achieve annual sales revenue of 360 million yuan, and the second phase of complete production can achieve sales revenue of 680 million yuan.

Guizhou Jinghe Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. currently has 36 employees, including 18 guizhou employees and about 7 registered poverty families in Taijiang. At present, more than 160 applicants have been registered, and more than 60% of them are from Taijiang. After the project is completed and put into operation, about 80 people will be employed in the first phase, and more than 60 local people will be employed. The total number of employees in the second phase is about 40. A total of more than 100 local people have been employed.

Guizhou Jinghe Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. has passed the safety condition assessment and environmental impact assessment. The state-owned land has been listed and delivered to the enterprise for use. It is expected that the first phase will be put into operation in May 2022, and the second phase will be put into operation in December 2022.
